WHO WE ARE

Our mission is to provide the highest quality sushi and customer service experience to our patrons. We began operating our first sushi kiosk in 2007 for the Defense Commissary Agency and have steadily expanded our program with a focus on servicing members of the United States Armed Forces and their families. We currently operate 14 sushi kiosks in a variety of retail formats in the United States, Korea and Japan. We offer four unique retail concepts including full-service sushi kiosks for supermarkets, traditional and “walk-around” concepts for food courts, and an “Express” concept for smaller retail spaces less than 100 square feet.
